Service Description

Workshops consist of discussions analyzing journal entries that address situations that cause mixed emotions, and the adoption of practical skills which will allow you to conquer emotional distress. Workshops are designed to cover a six month plan of study, which includes seventy copies her published work, Mixed Emotions. This package also includes two in-person or virtual discussions lead by the Author concerning her published works, presented in a table talk, question and answer style of presentation.
